Event Description: There is increasing evidence for phenomenological, biological and genetic overlap between depression, bipolar affective disorder and schizophrenia, bringing into question the traditional dichotomy between them and calling for conceptually new approaches to classification. Participants who complete this workshop will expand their knowledge of the episodic-related symptoms and the prevalence of the comorbidity of these disorders; learn best practices using a comprehensive approach that combines effective and tolerated medications, psychotherapy and essential lifestyle and behavioral changes.
Includes 3 CEU’s and refreshments for attendees. Seating is limited, maximum capacity is 50.
